Davis Polk welcomes Capital Markets partner Nicole Brookshire

New York, NY, June 27, 2022 - Davis Polk today announced that leading capital markets lawyer Nicole Brookshire has joined the firm's Capital Markets practice in New York.

Ms. Brookshire joins Davis Polk from Cooley LLP, where she was a partner in the public companies and capital markets practices since 2007 and a member of the firm's board of directors. She advises late-stage private and public company clients, as well as investment banks, in a full range of general corporate and securities matters, including public offerings, strategic corporate relationships, SEC reporting and compliance, and corporate governance matters. The many high-profile IPOs, direct listings and offerings on which she has recently advised include those by ACV Auctions, Allbirds, Etsy, The Honest Company, Datadog, Rent the Runway, CS Disco, Datto, Warby Parker, Braze, MongoDB, Similarweb, Sprinklr, BigCommerce and UiPath.
