Tom Matson Joins Korn Ferry as Senior Client Partner
Minneapolis, 26 Jan. 2022 - Korn Ferry (NYSE: KFY) today announced that Tom Matson has joined the firm as a senior client partner in the firm's Consulting business, focused on leadership and professional development. He is based in the Minneapolis office.
Matson has extensive consulting experience advising clients across healthcare, financial services, retail, biotechnology, government and education sectors in the U.S. and Canada. He joins Korn Ferry from a multinational professional services firm where he held an executive role in leadership, culture and change management. Prior to this, Matson held senior level roles at a analytics and advisory company's education division. He is also an executive coach and author.

Matson holds a Bachelor of Arts in communications from Bethel University and two Masters' degrees in organization leadership from Bethel University and in counseling psychology from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
