Endúr ASA is now strengthening its group management as part of the ongoing growth process. Ivar-Andreas Monefeldt takes a new position as Senior Vice President Business Development. At the same time, Nils Hoff takes over as CFO. Both changes take effect as from today. Ivar-Andreas Monefeldt has more than 20 years of engineering and management experience within the energy sector. He now comes from the position as CEO of Installit AS. As CEO of Installit AS, he has taken the company from a consultancy company within the oil and gas industry to a sizable engineering and execution company within the energy sector including renewables. Ivar-Andreas Monefeldt was also CEO of Oceano AS before the merger with Endúr. He also held multiple board positions within group companies and external companies. As of today Ivar-Andreas Monefeldt holds through the company Tight Holding AS, a total of 333 333 shares in Endúr ASA. Nils Hoff has a broad background from various leading positions in both finance and industry. Hoff has been with Endúr ASA since 2015, both as CEO and CFO and in the current position as COO. He also has extensive board experience, including as a former board member of Norske Skog. As of today, Hoff holds, through the company Eagle AS, a total of 1 750 333 shares in Endúr ASA. As from today, current CFO Morten Riiser will take over the newly created position as Group Accounting Manager. Riiser is a state-authorized public accountant with a master's degree in auditing and accounting. He has been with Endúr ASA since 2017 in positions as VP Finance and CFO.
