Kenly Precision Industrial Co., LTD. will be delisted on May 31, 2024

Kenly Precision Industrial Co., LTD. (stock code:5383, KPI Co.) will convert its shares into shares of JENTECH PRECISION INDUSTRIAL CO., LTD (stock code: 3653), and become JENTECH's 100% holding subsidiary. As KPI Co. has met the conditions for termination of trading as provided in Article 15-12 of the Taipei Exchange Rules Governing Securities Trading on the TPEx, the trading of company's common shares on TPEx will be suspended starting May 23, 2024 and terminated on May 31, 2024.
