A public hearing to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Michael Cluesman, #358141

The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May 30, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Michael Cluesman, #358141. The hearing will be conducted via video through Microsoft Teams and can be accessed by clicking HERE.

Those planning to access the hearing must call 517-335-1736 no later than May 28, 2024, to confirm attendance.

Michael Cluesman was sentenced to five terms of 22 years to 50 years for the crimes of Deliver/Manufacture Narcotics 50-449 Grams-Habitual 4th (two counts), Deliver/Manufacture Narcotics 450-999 Grams-Habitual 4th (two counts), and Deliver/Manufacture Narcotics, 1,000 or More Grams-Conspiracy-Habitual 4th. Michael Cluesman was sentenced on December 23, 2009, out of Oakland County.

Aaron R. Dungy, Member of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Parole Board.
