Obducat secures order for two fully automated resist processing tools from an existing customer

OBDUCAT AB (publ) subsidiary Obducat Europe GmbH, a leading supplier of system solutions for lithography processing, has secured an order from an existing European customer for the supply of two fully automated resist processing tools. The order value amounts to approx. 16.5 million SEK. The order value will be included in the fourth quarter's order intake 2021.

The two fully automated resist processing tools will be delivered in the third quarter this year. Further information cannot be disclosed due to confidentiality reasons.
