Media Alert: Basic Education Portfolio Committee to Meet on Education Laws Bill

Parliament, Tuesday, 28 June 2022 - The Portfolio Committee on Basic Education will this evening have an engagement and consider written submissions on the Basic Education Laws Amendment (BELA) Bill. The committee will also give consideration to the extension of the deadline for written submissions and discuss the way forward with processing, summarising and collating written submissions.
