According to the plan of the exercise, the base of the ships of the Baltic Fleet was captured by a group of mock terrorists. To neutralize them, an operation was planned, which involved units of the marine corps of the Baltic and Northern Fleets, as well as military personnel of the underwater sabotage forces and means (USFM) of the Baltic Naval Base.

As part of practical actions in the military harbor of Baltiysk, armored personnel carriers and personnel of the Northern Fleet were landed from the landing boat of the BF Mitchman Lermontov using the at-close-range method. Also, marines and soldiers of the USFM landed on the shore from four Raptor speedboats, BK-16 and high-speed boats. In the course of joint actions, a detachment of mock terrorists was blocked in the area of the pier zone and destroyed. Within the framework of the exercise, imitation tools were actively used. More than 50 servicemen and 10 units of military equipment, as well as Ka-29 and Ka-27 helicopters of the BF naval aviation were involved in the drawing of the episode.

Also, the combat swimmers of the USFM squad worked out an episode of preventing the breakthrough of mock underwater saboteurs to ships loading naval weapons in the base. During the training battle, practical throwing of hand-held anti-sabotage grenades was carried out, techniques of underwater combat with the use of special underwater pistols SPP-1, underwater automatic weapons APS, as well as cold weapons were worked out.

The fighters of the anti-USFM squad also played out a scenario to counteract a watercraft that violates the navigation regime in the Kaliningrad Sea Channel.
