PM Draghi at United Nations General Assembly

The President of the Council of Ministers, Mario Draghi, is in New York to attend the 77th United Nations General Assembly.

Yesterday, in the margins of the UNGA opening session, Prime Minister Draghi met with: the President of the Presidential Council of the State of Libya, Mohammed Yunis Ahmed Al-Menfi; the President of the Swiss Confederation, Ignazio Cassis; and, the Prime Minister of Ukraine, Denys Shmyhal.

PM Draghi went on to address the opening session of 'Youth4Climate: Powering Action', an event co-organised by Italy's Ministry of Ecological Transition and the United Nations Development Program (UNDP).

In the afternoon, before addressing the General Debate, he met with the President of the United Nations General Assembly, Csaba Kőrösi, at the United Nations Building.
