RA NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs Convenes Extraordinary Sitting

At the extraordinary sitting of the NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs held on September 24, the legislative package envisaging Amendments and Addenda to the Law on Anti-Corruption Committee and the enclosed ones authored by the deputies of the NA Civil Contract Faction Vahagn Hovakimyan and Vladimir Vardanyan was debated in the second reading.

The key rapporteur Vahagn Hovakimyan informed that the part of the regulations related to the employment pension of the long-term service was removed from the package at the suggestion of the Government partners in the first to the second reading.

The co-rapporteur Artur Davtyan welcomed the initiative and called on his counterparts to endorse it.

The revised legislative package based on the proposals of the Government was endorsed.
