Citizens’ service hall modernized in Kentron administrative district

Citizens' service hall has been modernized in Kentron administrative district to increase the quality and convenience of services. Deputy Mayor of Yerevan Suren Grigoryan and several members of Yerevan Council of Elders visited the place to see the conditions provided.

According to Suren Grigoryan, convenient premises are of no less importance than the quality of services. Due to the structural improvement of the service hall the number of windows servicing residents has increased.
The aim of the improvement was to arrange all services separately so that citizens could get proper services and find answers to all issues concerning them.
As the head of Kentron district Avet Poghosyan marked, the conditions were absolutely unsuitable so the improvement was vital.
Such a multifunctional service centre is the first one in Yerevan. It is provided with electronic queuing management system and people can get services without extra fuss and hassle. The community is also taking steps to digitize services rendered to townspeople which will bring to structural, conceptual, legal improvements in this sphere.
Altogether the improvements will increase rapidness, convenience and reduce corruption risks.
