Publication of 2022 Annual Report and Form 20-F

Following the release by Diageo plc (the "Company") on 28 July 2022 of the Company's preliminary results for the year ended 30 June 2022, the following documents have today been issued:

● Annual Report for the year ended 30 June 2022; and

● Annual Report for the year ended 30 June 2022 on Form 20-F which has been filed with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.

The documents are available to view on the Company's website atwww.diageo.comand the Annual Report for the year ended 30 June 2022 has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection athttps://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

The Annual Report for the year ended 30 June 2022, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting 2022 and Form of Proxy/Letter of Direction for the Annual General Meeting will be made available to shareholders on 26 August 2022.
