8th International Army Games 2022 start today in Uzbekistan

In Uzbekistan, International Army Games will also be launched today. Three competitions - Field Kitchen, Gunsmith Master and Safe Environment - will be inaugurated at Forish training ground in Jizzakh district.
The opening ceremony is scheduled for 7pm local time. It is expected to be attended by top officials from the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Russian delegation will be represented at the opening ceremony by Deputy Head of the Military Academy of NBC Protection, Major-General Valery Vasilyev.
A total of 5 competitions will take place in the republic this year. True Friend and Road Patrol competitions will start tomorrow, August 16.
