Morrison & Foerster Shortlisted for Four Awards in China Law & Practice Awards 2021
Morrison & Foerster received four nominations as part of the annual China Law & Practice Awards.
Hong Kong partner and global chair of the Private Equity Group, Marcia Ellis, has been nominated for Dealmaker of the Year in the international dealmaker category. This is the second time this year that Marcia was named as a finalist for a Dealmaker of the Year award, following her nomination from the Asian Legal Business (ALB) Hong Kong Law Awards.
On the firm level, MoFo has been shortlisted by the China Law & Practice Awards for Healthcare & Life Sciences and Intellectual Property Firm of the Year, as well as TMT Deal of the Year for our involvement in Roblox's joint venture with Tencent.
The China Law & Practice Awards recognize exceptional legal achievements and honor the biggest and most important commercial legal matters that involved lawyers and parties in China. Winners will be announced on November 4, 2021.
