(1) The Reporting Person was issued Restricted Stock Units ("RSUs") which represent a contingent right to receive one share of Issuer's Class A Common Stock for each RSU. Subject to the Reporting Person's continued service, 20% of the RSUs vested on September 5, 2018, and an additional 1/60th of the remaining RSUs vest monthly thereafter for a period of 5 years. On August 9, 2022, pursuant to the Issuer's Restated Certificate of Incorporation, all shares of Class B Common Stock automatically converted into shares of Class A Common Stock on a one-for-one basis. As a result, all RSUs for the purchase of shares of Class B Common Stock became exercisable for the same number of shares of Class A Common Stock. All other terms of the RSUs remain unchanged.
(2) The Reporting Person was issued RSUs which represent a contingent right to receive one share of Issuer's Class A Common Stock for each RSU. Subject to the Reporting Person's continued service, 20% of the RSUs vested on May 1, 2019, and an additional 1/60th of the remaining RSUs vest monthly thereafter for a period of 5 years. On August 9, 2022, pursuant to the Issuer's Restated Certificate of Incorporation, all shares of Class B Common Stock automatically converted into shares of Class A Common Stock on a one-for-one basis. As a result, all RSUs for the purchase of shares of Class B Common Stock became exercisable for the same number of shares of Class A Common Stock. All other terms of the RSUs remain unchanged.
(3) The Reporting Person was issued RSUs which represent a contingent right to receive one share of Issuer's Class A Common Stock for each RSU. Subject to the Reporting Person's continued service, 25% of the RSUs vested on January 1, 2020, and 1/36th of the RSUs vest monthly thereafter for a period of 3 years. On August 9, 2022, pursuant to the Issuer's Restated Certificate of Incorporation, all shares of Class B Common Stock automatically converted into shares of Class A Common Stock on a one-for-one basis. As a result, all RSUs for the purchase of shares of Class B Common Stock became exercisable for the same number of shares of Class A Common Stock. All other terms of the RSUs remain unchanged.
(4) The Reporting Person was issued RSUs which represent a contingent right to receive one share of Issuer's Class A Common Stock for each RSU. Subject to the Reporting Person's continued service, 1/48th of the RSUs vest monthly for a period of 4 years beginning on May 1, 2019. On August 9, 2022, pursuant to the Issuer's Restated Certificate of Incorporation, all shares of Class B Common Stock automatically converted into shares of Class A Common Stock on a one-for-one basis. As a result, all RSUs for the purchase of shares of Class B Common Stock became exercisable for the same number of shares of Class A Common Stock. All other terms of the RSUs remain unchanged.
(5) The Reporting Person was issued RSUs which represent a contingent right to receive one share of Issuer's Class A Common Stock for each RSU. Subject to the Reporting Person's continued service, 1/48th of the RSUs vest monthly for a period of 4 years beginning on September 1, 2019. On August 9, 2022, pursuant to the Issuer's Restated Certificate of Incorporation, all shares of Class B Common Stock automatically converted into shares of Class A Common Stock on a one-for-one basis. As a result, all RSUs for the purchase of shares of Class B Common Stock became exercisable for the same number of shares of Class A Common Stock. All other terms of the RSUs remain unchanged.
(6) The Reporting Person was issued RSUs which represent a contingent right to receive one share of Issuer's Class A Common Stock for each RSU. Subject to the Reporting Person's continued service, 1/48th of the RSUs vest monthly for a period of 4 years beginning on October 1, 2020. On August 9, 2022, pursuant to the Issuer's Restated Certificate of Incorporation, all shares of Class B Common Stock automatically converted into shares of Class A Common Stock on a one-for-one basis. As a result, all RSUs for the purchase of shares of Class B Common Stock became exercisable for the same number of shares of Class A Common Stock. All other terms of the RSUs remain unchanged.
