Chiefs down Titans to make it to 1st SB in 50 years

Another remarkable rally and offensive masterpiece led by Patrick Mahomes has the Kansas City Chiefs back in the Super Bowl for the first time since the 1969 season.

The second-seeded Chiefs rallied from a first-half deficit with 28 consecutive points to down the sixth-seeded Titans, 35-24, in Sunday's AFC Championship Game to claim a berth in Super Bowl LIV.

Down 17-7 at one point in the first half, the Chiefs' high-octane offense roared back to ultimately end the Cinderella run of the underdog Titans to become AFC champions.

The Chiefs will face the victor of the NFC Championship Game -- the Green Bay Packers or San Francisco 49ers -- in the Super Bowl on Feb. 2 in Miami Gardens, Florida.
