PwC announces the launch of Legal Business Solutions

LONDON, 11 November 2022 - PwC today announced the launch of its global Legal Business Solutions offering. Legal Business Solutions represents the combination of the PwC Network's global Legal and NewLaw practices and has been implemented following a strategic review of changing market conditions, including the evolving needs of PwC's clients. The change came into effect on 1 November 2022.

In conducting its strategic review, PwC identified that clients are increasingly seeking vertically integrated solutions, which bring together legal and adjacent expertise with scaled process and delivery capabilities. Combining the Legal and NewLaw offerings enhances PwC's ability to bring human-led and tech-enabled solutions to clients, delivering on The New Equation strategy.

Legal Business Solutions brings together more than 4,000 legal, technology and consulting professionals in over 100 territories, operating as part of PwC's broader community of solvers. The business is powered by service delivery centres in strategic locations and strong alliance relationships with leading technology providers.

Tony O'Malley, PwC's Global Legal Leader, will lead the Legal Business Solutions business.
