Expressions of Interest for Pathfinder Women at the Helm 2020 2021

The Irish Sailing Pathfinder Women at the Helm inaugral event at National Yacht Club last month was a resounding success. Women travelled and stretched themselves out on the water in extreme conditions on boats they had never helmed before with crew they had never sailed with before and the result was an amazing.

We are now open to receive expressions of interest for hosting the Irish Sailing Pathfinder Women at hte Helm Regatta in 2020 and 2021 from clubs and classes throughout the country.

Is your club interested in hosting this incredible event or would you class like to ensure they have a prominent presence?

The Irish Sailing Pathfinder Women at the Helm regatta requires ...

  • access for keelboats and 2 race areas, one for keelboats and one for dinghies.
  • availability on one of the preferred three weekends of last weekend in August, 1st or 2nd weekend September.

Every venue gives something different to an event and we are open to new ideas, but to see the full structure of 2019 you may like to take a scroll through the SIs and details from 2019 https://www.sailing.ie/Events/Irish-Sailing-Pathfinder-Women-at-the-Helm.
