ATF Offers $10K for Information on Gun Store Burglary

Phoenix, Arizona - Special Agent in Charge Brendan Iber of the Phoenix Field Division, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) today announced ATF is offering a reward of up to $10,000 for information leading to the arrests of those responsible for stealing firearms from a federal firearms licensee (FFL).

A burglary occurred at Harris Brother's Tactical, 15610 N. 35th Ave, Unit 6, Phoenix, Arizona, on August 4, 2022 at approximately 0415 a.m. Once inside, the suspects took 19 firearms and fled through the back door.

ATF is offering $5,000 and the National Sports Shooting Foundation (NSSF), the trade association for the firearms industry, is offering $5,000 for a total reward up to $10,000. This reward is part of a larger national cooperative initiative between the NSSF and ATF in which NSSF matches up to $5,000 of ATF's reward in cases involving the theft of firearms from federally licensed firearms retailers.

ATF is working with the Phoenix Police Department seeking the public's assistance in identifying the two suspects and the whereabouts of the stolen firearms. FFLs must report to ATF each missing, lost, or stolen firearm from the FFL's inventory or collection within 48 hours of discovery of the loss or theft.
