On June 21, 1982, Alicia Sweet Hupp began what was certainly one of the most defining journeys of her life- working for Sweet Manufacturing Company! Over the next several years, she worked in a variety of departments, gaining an understanding of all aspects of the business, and leading her to become the well-rounded and inspiring President and CEO she is today.

Alicia brings joy and excitement to the workplace. Her unique personality and inspiring servant leadership are among the many reasons for Sweet's ongoing success. She brings years of experience and is always focusing on doing the right thing for employees, customers, and the community.
