Zach Zweihorn speaks at FIA’s Law & Compliance Division Conference

On April 28, 2022, Davis Polk partner Zach Zweihorn was among the speakers at the FIA's Law & Compliance Division Conference. Zach spoke on the "The Continuing Saga of Crypto Regulation" panel. Topics discussed included custody, underwriting, and financing of digital assets, derivatives on crypto currencies, stablecoins, and central bank digital currencies both in the U.S. and other key jurisdictions, and smart contracts and documentation of crypto-related transactions.
