Leslie Marx wins 20th annual Jerry S. Cohen Memorial Fund Writing Award for antitrust scholarship

Partner Leslie M. Marx and co-author Simon Loertscher, of the University of Melbourne, received the 20th annual Jerry S. Cohen Memorial Fund Writing Award for antitrust scholarship for the article "Coordinated Effects in Merger Review," published in the Journal of Law & Economics. The award committee selected it as the Best Antitrust Article of 2021 on Coordinated Effects.

The Jerry S. Cohen writing award is given each year to the best antitrust writing during the prior year that is consistent with the principles of economic justice that animated the award's namesake. The article will be recognized at the annual conference of the American Antitrust Institute on June 15 at the National Press Club in Washington, DC.

Dr. Marx also received the award in 2012.
