Norry Bank welcomes new CFO

Norry Bank is pleased to welcome Michael DePorter to our team as our Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. From York, PA, DePorter graduated from Bucknell University and started his financial services career at KPMG in Baltimore, where he earned his CPA license. After five years in public accounting he moved to Fulton Bank in Lancaster, starting as Assistant Controller and eventually becoming Fulton's Controller and Chief Accounting Officer. He brings over 30 years of accounting and financial experience to Northumberland.

DePorter is a graduate of the American Bankers Association Stonier Graduate School of Banking, which includes attending the Wharton Leadership Program at the University of Pennsylvania at Philadelphia.

In his new role, DePorter is proud to work for a bank with community-based focus, objectives and ideals. "Norry Bank is great, and the culture is fantastic. Everyone has been nice, accommodating and helpful. I look forward to helping the bank move forward and continue to be successful."
