Lincoln Woods Barracks

At 12:03 pm Troopers arrested Wenderly Joseph, age 31, of 71 Messenger Street, Plainville, Massachusetts on a Second District Court Bench Warrant on the original charge of Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor/Drugs originating from the Portsmouth Police Department. This arrest was the result of the Capitol Police advising they had Joseph in custody at the Rhode Island Traffic Tribunal. Mr. Joseph was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, and turned over to Second District Court.

At 2:15 am Troopers arrested Malissa Miranda, age 31, of 44 Laurel Street, Pawtucket, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor and/or Drugs - BAC Unknown - First Offense, 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test, 3.) Resisting Legal or Illegal Arrest, 4.) Obstruction, and 5.) Disorderly Conduct. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Broadway Street in the City of Pawtucket. Ms. Miranda was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released to a responsible adult.
