Christofferson, Divisional Manager of the firm's Southern California offices. The asset sold for $27,500,000.

Hilton Garden Inn Denver Airport is located at 16475 E 40th Cir, Aurora, CO. The property is comprised of 157 guest rooms. The seller completed a renovation of the guestrooms in 2021 and the buyer intends to renovate the lobby and public areas in early 2022.
