State of the Spa and Salon Industry Report 2021 reveals challenges and opportunities

Kristin joined Mindbody in October 2020. Kristin is a seasoned executive with a wide variety of experience working with successful start-ups, multinational corporations and publicly traded technology companies. In her role, Kristin is responsible for leading all customer success, service and support operations, as well as measuring its strategic impact on the organization.

Prior to Mindbody, Kristin was among the executive leadership team at CDK Global, a public company that provides digital marketing and SaaS B2B integrated technology solutions to the automotive industry. She also served as Chief Operating Officer at VMC Consulting, a firm specializing in delivering multi-year, global consulting and outsourcing solutions to technology companies such as Microsoft, Apple, Facebook, and eBay, among others.

Kristin's drive is centered on delivering exceptional customer experiences with the highest degree of integrity in all relationships and transactions. Her personal approach to customer success has led to record high employee engagement scores and client satisfaction ratings in her previous leadership roles.

Kristin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership and Supervision from Purdue University, in addition to completing a management executive program at Harvard Business School. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, travelling the world, cooking, hiking, and mentoring young professionals. Kristin will be based out of Mindbody's Scottsdale, Ariz. office.
