The Keepers Holdings, Inc. raises P4.5B from FOO

The Keepers Holdings, Inc. (KEEPR) raised Php4.5 billion from its follow-on offering (FOO). The FOO shares were listed on The Philippine Stock Exchange, Inc. (PSE) on Friday, November 19.

Proceeds from the FOO will be utilized by the company for strategic acquisition opportunities, expansion of product portfolio and distribution network channels, investments in distribution and logistics network, and working capital.

PSE President and CEO Ramon S. Monzon cited KEEPR as the third offering that recorded an oversubscription in its Local Small Investor (LSI) tranche. KEEPR's LSI allocation was 3.36x oversubscribed. "KEEPR attracted strong interest because of its strong growth prospects as it transitions from a shell company to a holding company with three highly profitable operating subsidiaries. I am pleased that after years of being a shell company, Keeper has been transformed into an active player in the liquor distribution business with these prominent and popular brands."
