Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals

The United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit (the Court) is a federal court established in 1981 to handle appeal cases in the states of Alabama, Florida, and Georgia.

As described in the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ), the purpose of this cyclical maintenance project is to replace carpet in the training room located on the first floor of the Elbert P. Tuttle U. S. Court of Appeals Building, a designated National Historic Landmark.

The period of performance for this contract shall be completed within twenty (20) weeks from the date of award.

The contract will be awarded based on the lowest price technically acceptable offer, subject to the availability of funds.
