In a separate motion filed on December 27, 2017, the PSC Staff asked the Commission to direct Missouri's electric corporations, natural gas corporations and Missouri-American Water Company to respond to a number of questions. In today's order, the Commission has directed the above utilities to provide responses to those questions by January 31, 2018. Anyone else wishing to respond to the questions is invited to do so.
The Commission has directed the PSC Staff to file, by February 15, 2018, a report summarizing stakeholder input and providing recommendations for the development of a prompt plan of response designed to ensure that Missouri public utility rates are just and reasonable.
