11th Lünendonk B2B Service Awards: recognition for B2B IT service providers: adesso wins 2022 Lünendonk B2B Service Award

Lünendonk & Hossenfelder has crowned the IT service provider adesso the winner in the Performance category at the 2022 Business-to-Business Service Awards. The Lünendonk Awards, which have been presented every year since 2011, also include the Innovation and Life's Work categories. Stefan Riedel, member of adesso SE's Executive Board, accepted the accolade on behalf of the company at a gala event in Frankfurt am Main yesterday evening.

The B2B Service Awards, which are sponsored by the market research and consulting company Lünendonk & Hossenfelder, were held for the eleventh time this year. The three winners in the Performance, Innovation and Life's Work categories are traditionally chosen by a panel of esteemed journalists from business and trade publications such as Handelsblatt, Wirtschaftswoche, Frankfurter Allgemeine and Computerwoche by way of a secret ballot. According to hosts Lünendonk & Hossenfelder, the awards reflect "the high regard in which the winners are held by distinguished market observers, some of whom have reported on their success for decades". The IT service provider adesso can now look back on two and a half decades of supporting companies from a wide range of industries with consulting and customised software for their core business processes.

"Only last Friday, adesso celebrated its 25th anniversary. Winning this special award is a wonderful birthday present," said Stefan Riedel, who accepted the 2022 Business-to-Business Service Award in the Performance category on behalf of adesso yesterday evening. "On behalf of adesso, I would like to say a tremendous thank you to the media representatives for recognising our company's ongoing achievements and consistency. This honour is first and foremost for our staff, who always show passion, dedication and the utmost professionalism in our customer projects. All of us are over the moon about this award, which is highly respected in the industry, not least because of its independence."

Alongside adesso, the other winners of this year's Business-to-Business Service Awards were Capgemini in the Innovation category and the management consultant Jochen Kienbaum for his life's work.
