Governor Eric Holcomb directs flags to be flown at half-staff

INDIANAPOLIS - Governor Eric J. Holcomb is directing flags to be flown at half-staff in Owen County to honor the life of Donald Max Neiswinger. He served as a captain of the Owen Valley Fire Territory for 22 years. Flags should be flown at half-staff in Owen County from sunrise until sunset on Tuesday, Jan. 25, 2022.
