KMC Properties ASA – completion of subsequent offering

KMC Properties ASA (the "Company") refers to the stock exchange announcement published on 12 October 2021 regarding a subsequent offering (the "Subsequent Offering") of up to 1,875,000 new shares (the "Offer Shares") in the Company at a subscription price of NOK 8.00 per share, which is equal to the subscription price in the private placement completed in September 2021. The subscription period for the Subsequent Offering has now expired. Based on allocated subscription rights and subscriptions received, the Company's board has resolved to issue 1,875,000 new share at a price of NOK 8.00 per share. The gross proceeds from the Subsequent Offering are thus NOK 15 million. Notifications of allocated Offer Shares and the corresponding subscription amount to be paid by each subscriber are expected to be distributed by the Managers (as defined below) on or about 28 October 2021. The due date for payment of the Offer Shares is on 1 November 2021. Subject to payment being made, the Offer Shares are expected to be delivered to the subscriber's VPS account on or about 9 November 2021.
