In the plenary session of the Meshrano Jirga on Sunday led by the speaker of the House, besides ratifying some amendments in the principle of internal duties of the House, amendment on the draft law on the regulation of chemical and organic fertilizers was approved.

Furthermore, the World Pashto Day was congratulated as one of the official languages ​​of the country and discussed the diversity of cultures and common languages ​​of the country, and said that in addition to the development of two official languages, the development of other languages ​​ in Afghanistan should be given full attention in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution. Moreover, welcoming the decision of the United States to increase its budget to the Afghan military, emphasizing the inclusion of the world's leading countries in the peace process, fearing on the rising food and fuel prices in the market, Kabul Municipality's failure to maintain and attention for trees, criticizing the establishment of parallel offices, especially parallel offices with the Supreme Council of Reconciliation and increase in its unnecessary formation, the situation of IDPs in Laghman and Jawzjan provinces and other places and other issues were raised in the session.

In summing up part of the session, Fazal Hadi Muslimyar, Speaker of the Meshrano Jirga, discussed the insecurity in some provinces and while supporting members of the armed forces, asked government agencies and aid workers, to help the IDPs, including in Laghman and Jawzjan provinces that need for immediate assistance. The speaker called for precautionary measures against the Covid-19 wave and urged citizens to follow the recommendations of the Ministry of Public Health, also he criticized the Ministries of Education and Higher Education, saying that these ministries, without the necessary consultations and approval of the Cabinet, accepted the request of the Ministry of Public Health to close the educational institutions of 16 provinces, which is not acceptable by the senate, that harms the educational process of the youth as in the past, which should be reconsidered and left this matter to the relevant commission of this House for consideration. He also called on the President to

pay special attention to these issues; Because school and university exams were taking place in those provinces. Also, he while Congratulating on the occasion of World Pashto Day, he welcomed and appreciated the President's guidance in naming the Hindu and Sikh culture of the country, and also referred some issues to the relevant commissions for follow-up.
