Amendments and Addenda to RA Judicial and Lithosphere Codes Debated in Second Reading

The legislative package on Making Amendments and Addenda to the Constitutional Law on the RA Judicial Code and on Making Amendments and Addenda to the enclosed laws was debated with the procedure of the second reading presented by the RA Minister of Justice Rustam Badasyan.

The draft law on Making Amendments and Addenda to the RA Code on Lithosphere was debated in the second reading. According to the RA Deputy Minister of Territorial Administrationand Infrastructure Lilia Shushanyan, the draft law was somehow amended and improved during the period from the first to the second reading. The Government is the author of the proposals. The bill was endorsed by the NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs.
