Tashkent hosted Uzbekistan-Turkmenistan political consultations
On April 16, 2024, the next round of Uzbekistan-Turkmenistan political consultations took place in Tashkent.
Delegations of the parties were headed by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov and the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Foreign Minister of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov.
Main topic on the agenda was further expanding deep strategic partnership between two nations. Ministers Underscored that Leaders of the two countries lay a strong foundation to continue the high positive dynamics in our ties.
The sides also reviewed targets in all areas of cooperation, as well as the regional agenda.
