Banca Transilvania donated 30 contactless POS to the Hope and Homes for Children Foundation to help together the vulnerable children

Banca Transilvania, the Hope and Homes for Children Foundation and the Alphega pharmacies help the vulnerable children to stay with their parents and not go to orphanages. BT donated to the Hope and Homes for Children Foundation 30 POS through which those wanting to make contactless donations at Alphega pharmacies from Bucharest and 18 Counties: Alba, Arad, Arges, Brasov, Buzau, Constanta, Dolj, Galati, Gorj, Harghita, Iasi, Maramures, Mehedinti, Olt, Satu Mare, Sibiu, Suceav si Timis. The amount that can be donated is 5 RON. The donations can be performed with a card issued by any bank - either with the physical one or with the digital applications one, such as BT Pay. Each donation make in may 2021 is doubled in value by Alphega.

Banca Transilvania launched the option Contactless donations through POS in 2018, to help, together with the association Little People and with Clujul Are Suflet foundation, the ill children and the youngsters from modest social environments.

Since the beginning of the year, through the implication of Hope and Homes for Children, over 500 vulnerable children remained near their parents, and 170 families stayed united.
