From TikTok to village postmen: projects of financial awareness volunteers to be presented at the 7th All-Russian Congress

Its participants will exchange experience, speak about the best practices and exiting problems, define priorities and principal areas of further activity. Most active volunteers will be awarded.

The Bank of Russia Governor Elvira Nabiullina will address the participants during the plenary session. Bank of Russia employees and management representatives will give their speeches during thematic sessions.

In addition, a significant part of the plenary session will be dedicated to volunteer projects, such as promoting financial literacy in TikTok, involving postmen in helping village inhabitants deal with financial issues, holding offline events in localities without access to the Internet, establishing a Financial Literacy School for Children and Teenagers, teaching financial literacy basics to professional sportsmen, etc.

The Congress will be held for two days. Its programme includes round tables with market participants, representatives of educational institutions and experts, where it is planned to discuss the interaction between state and public institutions in the field of financial education, the fight against fraud, and the accessibility of financial knowledge in the context of digital reality.

The event is organised by the Financial Literacy Development Association (FLDA) and supported by the Bank of Russia, the Ministry of Finance and Rosmolodezh.
