Baggett created forged US Social Security cards to further his crimes. In addition, Baggett received over $13,000 in SSI which he was not entitled to receive. Baggett was arrested on March 7th, 2019 and charged with several counts of Offering a False Instrument for Filing 1st degree, Falsifying Business Records 1st degree, Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument 2nd degree and Grand Larceny 3rd degree. Baggett is currently a resident of Guilderland, NY, but formerly resided in the state of Massachusetts and is on county probation in Massachusetts.
