Aircraft and helicopter crewsof Naval aviation of the Black Sea Fleet conducted a tactical flight exercise with the implementation of bomb attacks on land and sea targets

During the first stage of the tactical flight exercise, the crews of the Su-24MR worked out the tasks of conducting reconnaissance and transmitting data on the location of the mock enemy.

To destroy coastal targets, Su-30SM multi-purpose fighters were used, as well as Su-24M front-line bombers from a separate naval assault aviation regiment. The crews carried out training bomb attacks on the location of the mock enemy, using aircraft bombs of the OFAB type.

The targets were located in the area of the Konchekskaya mountain at the Opuk interspecific range in the Crimea.

Planes and helicopters of a separate mixed aviation regiment worked out the tasks of searching for and destroying submarines of the mock enemy. The crews of the Ka-27PL anti-submarine helicopters first discovered, and then the Be-12 amphibious aircraft conditionally destroyed the sea targets with precise bomb attacks.

In total, during the exercise, 4 Su-30SM, 4 Su-24M, 2 Su-24MR, 2 Be-12 amphibious aircraft and 2 Ka-27PL helicopters from the naval aviation and BSF air defence units performed tasks.
