Tickets on sale now for a WILD Whitehorse Centre - Season 2018
4 Jan 2018
Show tickets are now on sale for the Whitehorse Centre's Season 2018, entitled WILD, featuring some of Australia's best theatre makers and musical artists.
Whitehorse Mayor Councillor Andrew Davenport said the new program was full of stunning music, song, theatre, comedy and children's shows.
'Delivering all the emotion that live entertainment evokes, the shows and musical performances in 2018 will move you, make you smile, bring a tear to your eye and have you laughing out loud,' Cr Davenport said.
Highlights include the fabulous cast of The Wharf Revue returning to the Whitehorse Centre in the only Melbourne performances of their latest show, plus incredible shows by the likes of star performers such as Nadine Garner, Bobby Fox, Phillip Gould, Nancye Hayes and Todd McKenney.
'Bobby Fox opens the season with the return of the sell-out hit, Four Seasons in One Night, a celebration of the incredible music of Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons,' Cr Davenport said.
Australian vocal superstar Luke Kennedy (The Voice, The Ten Tenors, Swing on This) and his world-class band showcase the life and music of Australian icon John Farnham in From Johnny to Jack. The Very Hungry Caterpillar Show for children and their families is based on Eric Carle's hit books and takes favourite characters and masterfully transfers them to stage.
Subscription packages are on sale now, and individual tickets go on sale Friday 5 January. Subscribers can choose a minimum of just four theatre plays to create a package, and individual tickets begin at just $15 per person for family tickets to children's shows.
