Lowenstein Represents PJW Restaurant Group in Sale to Garnett Station Partners

Lowenstein represented PJW Restaurant Group, an American restaurant holding company with 26 restaurants and six different brands throughout Southern New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania, in its sale to Garnett Station Partners.

Founded in 1983 by Bob Platzer, with the help and support of his wife Donna, PJW Restaurant Group's esteemed hospitality brands include P.J. Whelihan's Pub and Restaurant, The Pour House, Treno Pizza Bar, The ChopHouse, The ChopHouse Grille, and Central Taco and Tequila.

The Lowenstein deal team included Nicholas San Filippo IV, Nick Samedi, Emily B. Sklar, Sami Najib, Stuart S. Yusem, Stephen Tanico, Theodore C. Sica, and Deangeor Chin.
