Hunton Andrews Kurth Represents LOGOS Resources II, LLC in $402 Million Sale to North Hudson Resources Partners LP

Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP represented the management team of LOGOS Resources II, LLC in connection with the sale of the assets and operations of LOGOS Resources II, a portfolio company of ArcLight Capital Partners, LLC to NHRP LOGOS Holdings LLC, a portfolio company of North Hudson Resources Partners LP and its affiliated funds. The approximately $402 million deal included negotiating the management feeder and rollover by management of a significant portion of their proceeds from the sale.

NHRP LOGOS Resources II, LLC, a North Hudson portfolio company, is a privately held natural gas and oil company focused on acquiring and developing assets in the San Juan Basin of Northwest New Mexico. LOGOS Resources II was formed in 2016 and currently owns approximately 230,000 net acres.
