A public hearing to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Antonio Boston, #240799

The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May 23, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Antonio Boston, #240799. The hearing will be conducted via video through Microsoft Teams and can be accessed by clicking HERE.

Those planning to access the hearing must call 517-335-1736 no later than May 21, 2024, to confirm attendance.

Antonio Boston was sentenced to two terms of 30 years to 75 years for the crimes of Murder 2nd Degree and Robbery Armed; and to a term of 6 months to 5 years for the crime of Prisons-Cellphone Violation. Antonio Boston was sentenced on January 15, 1999, out of Wayne County and on May 30, 2018, out of Jackson County.

Timothy S. Flanagan, Member of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Parole Board.
