Coulter: UofM Health’s Purchase of Former Kmart HQ Enhances Accessibility to Healthcare

Pontiac, Mich. ­- Oakland County Executive Dave Coulter released the following statement about University of Michigan Health acquiring the old Kmart headquarters property in Troy, which has been vacant since 2006:
