Meet the team: Quality Manager Maria Papanova from Incap Slovakia

Let's meet one of our team members from Incap Slovakia! Maria Papanova is our Quality Manager at the factory in Slovakia.

We are excited to introduce our team members from different factories and this time we are introducing Maria from Slovakia! She is responsible for the incoming and outgoing products inspection process. In addition, Maria is responsible for IOS systems implementation and validation - Quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety. She is a certified Product Safety and Conformity Representative.

Maria has graduated from the Slovak University of Technology in the faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology. Her PhD thesis focused on magnetic materials. Her career in the quality department started in 2005, first in a Belgium company PUNCH and then in a German company CRT Electronics.

"I started as a Quality Manager in AWS-Slovakia in May 2011," said Maria. She found her way to Incap thanks to her friends. A lot of them worked for AWS-Slovakia in 2011 and based on good references she decided to join as well. Maria has done a terrific job in supporting incap in increasing employee and customer satisfaction.

In her free time Maria likes to relax by reading books. She especially enjoys detective novels. "I have a complete collection of books by different writers. Especially my favourite writers - Robin Cook and Dan Brown," said Maria. She also likes to relax by spending time in nature. Maria added that the Orava region provides the best places for hiking, biking, and water sports.
