Get Empowered: Tip #219 | Export Methods (Part 2)

Welcome back to Get Empowered! In the last Empower tip-of-the-week blog for Empower Chromatography Data System, we began a new series on working with Export Methods and learned how to export a table of data out of Empower. (Tip #218).

In this week's tip, we will continue our series on Export Methods and learn how to export data as an email attachment. There are two ways to export data as an email attachment.

Let's get started.

Specifying email addresses in the Export Method

Step 1

From the 'Fields' tab of the Export Method, check 'Send Email' box, select the 'Enter Address(es)' radio button, and enter the email address for the recipient. To email to multiple recipients, separate the email addresses with a semicolon (figure 1).

Step 2

Click 'Verify' to confirm the email address(es). Once the address(es) are successfully verified, click 'OK' (figure 2).
