Veterans and Friends Support Group

Veterans age 60 and older, as well as their friends and family, are invited to join "Veterans and Friends Support Group," a new monthly offering from the Cambridge Council on Aging (COA).

This group is a place where veterans and non-veterans can come together to check in, share stories, discuss life experiences, socialize, and discuss military culture in a nonjudgmental space. The focus will be on promoting self-care, wellness, and peer support.

The first group meeting will be held on Wednesday, July 13 from 1- 2 p.m. in the Cambridge Senior Center's Kitchen Classroom, 806 Massachusetts Ave.
