The appointment of James Daffern rounds off a series of new appointments in the Valuation team at Savills Birmingham, with the following appointments being made in the last six months:
• Heather Rose joined Savills in June 2018 as Associate Director in the valuation department, bringing over 15 years of experience in commercial valuation. Heather specialises in advising public sector clients. Prior to joining Savills, Heather worked at Gerald Eve, DTZ and Chesterton.
• Daniel Winter has achieved chartered surveyor status and is now responsible for residential and residential development work in the Birmingham valuation team.
• Beverley Stamps joined Savills in 2018 and provides valuations of all aspects of residential and commercial development and investment properties.
• Annie Stanford has recently joined the Birmingham valuation team, joining from the Telford Rural Professional Team. Annie is working alongside Daniel Winter undertaking valuations for residential investment and development properties.

Over the past 22 years I have gained significant experience in the Midlands market, working across many high profile properties and transactions in the region, and I look forward to bringing this experience to the team at Savills.'
