Notice of Final Finding & Decision
Section Line Easement Vacation
EV 3-373
The Department of Natural Resources, Division of Mining, Land and Water has issued a Final Finding & Decision (FFD) for easement vacation EV 3-373. This Final Finding & Decision compliments and confirms the Preliminary Decision (PD) for EV 3-373 approved on February 28, 2024. The FFD is giving contingent approval to a petition to vacate a portion of the 33-foot section line easement (SLE) within FNSB Tax Lot 2315. This action falls within the NE¼ of Section 23, T1S, R1W, F.M., Alaska as depicted on Attachment A. Please see the Final Finding & Decision for full details.
EV 3-373 Preliminary Decision was publicly noticed from March 1, 2024, through April 10, 2024.
