The Minister of International Relations and Cooperation, Dr Naledi Pandor will speak at the launch of a book; Beyond Fear: Reflections of a Freedom Fighter, by late former Deputy Minister of International Relations and Cooperation, Mr Ebrahim Ebrahim.
